Yesterday, a sad day for us all, Pope John Paul II passed away. While I am neither Polish nor Catholic, I always admired the Pope. He had a joy about him that transcended nationalities or religions or age. He will be missed.
I started writing stories way back when I first learned to hold a pencil. Of course, Real Life took command and I had to put the writing on the back of the stove but I never really stopped. Then a few years ago, I started writing in earnest. I managed to get a few of my short stories published and an addiction was born.
